Our Urban Farm
We’ve grown food at multiple locations over the years. Like many small farmers, we’ve faced the hardships of land insecurity. We’re happy to announce that we are purchasing our first permanent farm site and will launch Civic Works Farm in 2027.
Our Food
We proudly partner with local farms and food producers to provide Baltimore area communities with fresh produce. Civic Works operates a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program where you can receive healthy food from our partners on a regular basis. You can also find us at the Lauraville Farmer’s Market every Thursday, 4 pm – 7 pm in June through October.
Farm Education
Civic Works provides AmeriCorps service opportunities for people interested in urban agriculture. We also facilitate workshops, lectures, classroom visits, cooking demonstrations and more.
