The HUBS Program is currently working through an extensive waitlist and is not enrolling new applicants at this time. Please check back in at a later time to see if we have reopened the list.

If you wish to be added to the Department of Health and Community Development (DHCD) waitlist for home repair assistance to address roof repair (actual leak or visual water spots in the ceiling,) plumbing, electrical, HVAC (heating, ventilation or central air conditioner unit) repairs/replacement and safety modifications such as installing grab bars to tub/shower area in the bathroom and interior/exterior handrails, please contact the Baltimore City LIGHT Intake and Assessment Unit at 410-396-3023.

Contact the Baltimore County Department of Aging’s (BCDA) Maryland Access Point (MAP) office at 410-887-2594. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m.
