Career Exploration YouthBuild

Fast-track your education and employment goals

YouthBuild

Join YouthBuild, a program for youth and young adults ages 17 – 24, to complete your GED while exploring a career in construction and gaining work experience.

You will receive classroom-based academic instruction and leadership development training, which complement on-the-job skills gained through paid job training in the construction of housing for local, low-income families. After graduation, you will be prepared to enroll in postsecondary education, find full-time employment, or deepen your job training by entering another Center for Sustainable Careers program.

Each year, YouthBuild helps 30 young adults fast-track their education and employment goals.
