Work with Civic Works Energy Programs to expand your business

Civic Works Energy Programs partners with local contractors looking to reach new customers and create a positive local impact by hiring from Baltimore communities. Partnership Benefits

Leads Generated Through Community-Based Marketing

We build relationships with community associations, workplaces, and other local entities to engage their members as potential customers. As a trusted messenger, Civic Works is able to build confidence in the benefits of solar energy and the quality of the contractors that perform the work.

Increased Conversion Rates

Civic Works Energy Programs qualifies residential customers for their level of interest and motivation and financial capacity and our Energy Advisors support homeowners throughout the process, improving customer conversion.

Free Worker Training

Civic Works’ Center for Sustainable Careers (CSC) graduates highly-qualified entry-level installation technicians with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to meet the workforce needs of solar and weatherization industry employers. Signatory partner companies also have access to free incumbent worker training courses, designed to upskill existing employees with the obtainment of additional credentials through NABCEP (the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) and BPI (the Building Performance Institute).
