The Non-Discrimination Coordinator is responsible for addressing any discrimination complaints submitted by the public against Civic Works through the administration of the procedures created to investigate concerns related to adherence to federal non-discrimination laws.
Any discrimination complaint must be submitted no more than 90 days after the alleged discriminatory service, program, or activity took place.
Note: Submission of the discrimination complaint only initiates investigation by Civic Works of alleged discrimination by the organization.

Within 90 days of receiving a written complaint, Civic Works will respond in writing to the complainant with the findings and recommendations, if any, made in the investigative report. based upon a preponderance of the evidence. Civic Works will implement the recommendations, as approved by the Executive Director.
