Civic Works’ Center for Sustainable Careers (CSC) expands access to construction and clean energy careers with family-sustaining wages and partners with employers to build a better Baltimore.
Our Career Exploration YouthBuild and Career Pathways training programs support residents in securing quality employment with paid, hands-on job training through our social enterprise, industry-recognized credentials, wrap-around case management, job placement assistance, and ongoing retention support.
Alongside these hands-on programs, CSC seeks to build a stronger Baltimore economy through our Job Quality Initiative, which supports local businesses to become high-road employers.
