The Application Process

The application process helps ensure that one of our training programs is a good match for you. Below are the steps.

Submit the application on this page
Attend a Pre-Screening Day, which includes a hands-on skills assessment and drug screen (you’ll receive a link to register after applying)
Complete a first interview with a member of the recruitment and intake team
Complete a second interview with a case manager
Receive an acceptance decision and confirm your enrollment in an upcoming class

Reporting to Work at 6am	Traveling 1 or more hours to work
Traveling 2 or more hours to work	Working with coworkers that speak limited or no English.
Working on scaffolds	Working in hot environments
Working nights or Weekends	Swinging a sledge hammer
Stacking bricks	Working on a ladder
Wearing bulky protective equipment	Working in tight or conﬁned spaces
Following orders	Manual labor
Working with caustic chemicals	Using tools & devices to complete tasks
Lifting heavy drums or building materials	none
