Civic Works’ Center for Sustainable Careers (CSC) graduates highly-qualified entry-level installation technicians with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to meet the workforce needs of solar and weatherization industry employers. Signatory partner companies also have access to free incumbent worker training courses, designed to upskill existing employees with the obtainment of additional credentials through NABCEP (the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) and BPI (the Building Performance Institute).
