REACH! Partnership Summer Bridge Early College Program
This summer eighteen Civic Works’ REACH! Partnership students ranging from incoming freshman to rising seniors participated in a five-week Summer Bridge Early College Program at Baltimore City Community College. These students were instructed by the college professors in English and in Math. The students also were actively engaged in team building exercises and workshops to develop their soft skills such as financial planning and budgeting, self advocacy, and time management. The students were tested at the beginning and at the end of the session and every student improved in their scores!
