Last fall, Civic Works was selected as the first nonprofit partner for BGE’s Workforce Collaborative.

BGE has funded the initiative, helped design the curriculum, and connected us with employer partners.  We’re very grateful for their support in creating this successful partnership. Our Center for Sustainable Careers has already trained 40 Baltimore residents for utility infrastructure careers, and the employers have continued to hire in the current environment.
