Civic Works will be closed to the public until Baltimore City allows non-essential businesses to open.  Please know that we’re asking our staff and AmeriCorps members to take precautions so our most vulnerable clients and community members stay as safe as possible.

REACH! Partnership School

Our REACH! Partnership School is closed through the end of the school year.

Center for Sustainable Careers

Our Center for Sustainable Careers will be operating remotely, with information sessions, in-person learning, and new enrollment currently suspended. If you are a Baltimore resident who is interested in joining a training class, please call us at 410-929-6120 to schedule a phone interview.

Elder Services and Energy Programs

Our Elder Services and Energy Programs is not currently making home visits.  We will continue answering calls, accepting referrals, and scheduling future appointments.

Real Food Farm

This is a critical time of year for urban farming and we are continuing to grow food at Real Food Farm, with some added safety protocols.  You can read more about them here.  And you can still sign up for our CSA, which is scheduled to start in May.

Community Lot Team

Our Community Lot Team is continuing to complete a limited number of outdoor vacant lot transformations.  We are prioritizing the safety of our AmeriCorps members and ensuring that they can maintain social distance.

YouthBuild

Our YouthBuild program is closed for in-person training.  We are providing support and training to our participants remotely.

Clifton Mansion

The Clifton Mansion is closed to the public. You can visit us online for more information or email jpowell@civicworks.com if you have questions about upcoming event rentals.
